We wanted to share a quick update on the progress of Sandstone Heights!
We recently completed the blacktop paving of our new road, marking a major milestone in the construction process. In additional exciting news, the single-family subdivision immediately west of Sandstone Heights received approval from the Warren County Planning Commission last week to move forward with design work.
Over the next several weeks, we expect to begin construction of the building walls, which will make the community's progress much more visible.
At this time, our anticipated completion date remains May 2027, and we are looking forward to welcoming residents as soon as construction is complete.
